Meet the owners, Mitch and Laura
Hi there, we can’t say that we planned to be working side-by-side, however, the influence of our past professional experiences certainly helped us to define the lifestyle and workplace culture we have now created and are proud to work in today.
Between us, we have worn many hats, including those of a beauty therapist, an auto electrician, specialising in earthmoving equipment, a registered nurse, a police officer and a TAFE teacher, to name a few.
We spent over 12 years exploring the Top End of Australia, pursuing our careers and spending time living and working in both Queensland and throughout the expansive Northern Territory.
We began our family and raised our three young children on territory soil, soaking up all the uniqueness, as well as the challenges that came with living remotely. We then made the call in 2017 to settle back home, closer to family on the beautiful Mid North Coast. We wanted to fulfil our dream to live on acreage and to shape the future we had planned for ourselves and our children.
We truly believe it’s so important to carefully consider what is most important in your life and always choose what makes you happy! We hope you do too!

Laura Bell
CEO
Laura is the mover and shaker of our brand Twelve and is the “ideas” lady!
She is constantly learning and thriving in the world of business and is always looking to improve our workplace culture and customer experience.
In the office, you’ll find Laura buried deep in paperwork, on the phone to suppliers, as well as working alongside our service advisor and amazing, extended support team. It’s pretty much guaranteed though, she’ill have a coffee nearby, and always find the time to sneak in a good chat and laugh with our customers.
At home, Laura is in her happy place, living on two acres with her husband (Mitch), three children, labrador, rabbit & 7 chickens.
It isn’t always a zen experience, but hobbies, like listening to music or a podcast, reading a good book, baking, yoga and being in nature are certainly on the top of her favourites list!
Mitch Bell
Director and Auto Electrician
You can guarantee this bloke has his hands full.
Mitch is our head auto electrician and is an encyclopaedia of knowledge, as well as being extremely well known for his outstanding workmanship.
Mitch is hands-on in the workshop, working on the tools, as well as managing and mentoring our team of auto electricians. He is competitive in his own field and with a strong solution focus, there aren’t many challenges that have beat him. Mitch is a genuine and easy-going fellow, so a good handshake and yarn will be on the cards when you meet him.
At home, Mitch has a serious working relationship with his Kamado Joe; slow cooking, smoking and grilling meat is his favourite down-time activity. Mitch also loves to explore, camp and go fishing with his wife (Laura) and three children. His go to places to camp are anywhere “off grid” or “4WD access only” with a campfire, a fishing rod and away from others. Ha!
Koby Nolan
Auto Electrician
Koby is a Mid North Coast local who grew up on the sandy beaches of Coffs Harbour. Koby is a dedicated Auto Electrician who is extremely efficient & tidy with his work. With a keen eye for diagnostic work, there is not much that can get past him!
Brandon Langdon
Service Advisor
Brandon has a keen interest in the automotive industry and enjoys building relationships with new & existing customers. Brandon is your go-to for enquiries, bookings and welcoming you to our workshop.
Brandon is efficient and professional in his nature, but also brings a great friendly banter to the team. We like to keep the fun alive in our workplace so he has been a great fit for our culture.
